Terms and Conditions:

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Sahara Eyes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including trekking and Jeep tours to the Sahara Desert. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
  2. Booking and Payment
  • Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 15% is required. The remaining balance must be paid when you are in Morocco.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are provided based on the following schedule:
  • it’s possible to use your deposit for the future booking
  • 31 to 45 days] before the tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund
  1. Changes to Booking
  • Modifications: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability.
  • Price Adjustments: Changes to your booking may result in additional charges.
  1. Responsibilities and Conduct
  • Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability.
  • Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good health and (physical condition for trekking guests). Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our guides. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the tour whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous.
  1. Itinerary and Changes
  • Itinerary: While we strive to adhere to the advertised itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Substitutions: If a particular activity or accommodation is unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative of equal value.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sahara Eyes and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services.
